Features:

The long linear film scale is available in two effective lengths: 2950mm and
500mm.

Double-sided tape is affixed on the rear surface of the scale; thus it is not
necessary to prepare tape or adhesive agent for the attachment process.
The scale is made of PET film and can be easily cut with scissors or other
type of cutting tool. The optimum length can be selected according to the
use conditions.

There is no Z-phase pattern; however, it can be obtained for the required
position by affixing the Z-phase mark, S-ZMARK, sold separately.

The optional scale attachment tool, SA-FL1, is used for moving the scale
relative to the scale attachment part, and positioning and attaching the
width direction at the same time by attaching the tool to the attachment
part of the encoder head, SR-P200.

The attachment tool makes it possible to attach the long linear film scale to
the encoder without special processing or preparation of the attachment
surface.
